Tour Essentials

Comprehensive travel insurance (motorcycle inclusion 250cc +)
International drivers permit (IDP)
Usually available from the Automobile Association (AA) in your country. This needs to be accompanied with your countries drivers license to be valid. Sri Lanka now requires your IDP to be endorsed with a recognition permit which can be obtained on your behalf prior to arrival.

All visitors to Sri Lanka must complete an Electronic Travel Authorisation (ETA) prior to arrival. For most countries this will allow you a 30-day tourist visa.

A $500 U.S cash deposit is required for each motorcycle prior to the commencement of any Enfield Adventures tour. This deposit is fully refundable post tour on the condition that the motorcycle has not sustained any damage other than normal wear and tear.

We recommend arriving at least 1 day before starting any Enfield Adventures tour. This allows us time to meet and make sure all paperwork is in order and to familiarise yourself with your new ride whilst in Negombo.
